My Top 3 Dividend-Paying Buy-And-Hold Stocks For 2025: Combining Income & Growth

Share

In this article, I present my top three dividend-paying buy-and-hold stocks for 2025: BlackRock, Realty Income, and Alphabet.

These companies combine financial strength, attractive valuations, and strong long-term growth potential—each contributing strategically to The Dividend Income Accelerator Portfolio.

BlackRock stands out for its dividend growth potential, with a 10-Year Dividend Growth Rate [CAGR] of 10.20%, a Dividend Yield [FWD] of 2.11%, and strong profitability metrics. It holds the second-largest position in my portfolio at 3.54%.

Realty Income, with a Dividend Yield [FWD] of 5.69% and a P/FFO [FWD] Ratio of 13.42, is a key income generator. Its sustainable dividend and sector stability make it a reliable long-term holding, currently representing 2.36% of the portfolio.

Alphabet, though offering a modest yield of 0.43%, stands out for its exceptional dividend growth potential supported by a low Payout Ratio (9.94%) and an EPS Growth Rate [FWD] of 20.90%. While it currently represents 1.18% of the portfolio, I plan to overweight it.

This strategic blend of income and growth positions investors for consistent dividend income, increasing annual cash flow, and long-term capital appreciation—all while maintaining a reduced risk profile.
